Slow start to blogging today...sorry!  Been busy lovin tahoe

Only skied a half-day today...my legs are shottt - just did backside, and some lookout mtn action.

Went to Burger Me! for lunch.  It's a small burger joint located on the very edge of the downtown Truckee strip.  They were featured in Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives on the Food Network.  They have amazing burgers, delicious fries, and bomb onion rings.

So I woke up at 8 a.m. this morning and was like the only one on the mountain this morning.  It was pretty awesome.  The snow was great, the weather was perfect (aside from the fog that hovered all day in the central valley).  I skied mostly Backside and Lookout Mtn.  These areas tend to be way less congested.  I also hit up some of the easy blacks on the front side.

For tomorrow I recommend Prosser, Martis, White Rabbit (if open), Stampede (glades), Iron Horse, Challenger (if the race is over), Burnout, and the front blacks Dutchman, Delight, and all those other little ones are fun to bomb when you start to get tired.

I stayed away from the jumps today, first day skiing in a while, gotta get loose!

Whoever you are.  Wherever you are.  I know you are out there.  I see your hats, your zip-up hoodys, and random clothes everywhere!  What I want to know is why you guys are so hard to find.  I know people, including myself who would love to get their hands on some of your sweet ass clothes.  Hurry up and get the website up and running!  I'm eager to see what designs you guys will continue to come up with.  So for your sake, and my sake....TAHOE MADE ATTIRE needs to get online and sell their clothes.  You will make money and you will be surprised by how many people love your stuff.

Lake Tahoe Here I am

Just arrived at Northstar-at-Tahoe.  2 fresh inches of snow, and all the lifts are up-and-running.  Backside and Lookout Mtn are the spots to go for powder and the best skiing.  Vista Express will take you to the park if your looking to shredd.  Chairlift lines should be much shorter and the mountain should be way less congested now that New Year's and Christmas are over.  On the drive in, a lot of cars were leaving town which is always a plus.  Adults got to get to work and kids have to get that education!  I'll fill you in on the snow and the mountain tomorrow after I get my feet dirty.
